At Sovereign Health of Arizona, we offer dual diagnosis services that are designed to meet the needs of women with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our prestigious facility for women age 18 years and older is located in beautiful Chandler Arizona.
Levels of care for dual diagnosis range from residential treatment to outpatient care. Typically, women begin with residential treatment for 30 to 90 days and progress to outpatient care.
About Our Dual Diagnosis Programs
First, our comprehensive assessment process is unsurpassed. We know that addiction can only be successfully treated when underlying mental health conditions are identified and addressed. Furthermore, we continually re-assess patients as they progress through the program and revise their care plans based on how each is doing and what works best for each patient.
All co-occurring disorders are treated simultaneously by expert clinicians who understand the complexities of dual diagnosis in women. Treatment teams consist of professionals from multiple disciplines, including psychiatry, psychology, addiction counseling, family therapy, nutrition, nursing and more. Our clinical concierge acts as a patient advocate and liaison who ensures open communication between patients, treatment teams and families. Families are encouraged to participate in the recovery of their loved ones as well.
